I have purchased John Ellis water from getjohnelliswater.com for several months now. Their delivery service has been excellent with no problems of water leakage or damages to the cardboard boxes or plastic water bottles. The three-gallon hard plastic bottle is BPA-free with a strong grip handle.

In early 2024, I searched the internet about drinking better water that not only satisfied my thirst but also helped my overall health since I play some tennis, enjoy walking and occasional hiking.  My daughter mentioned John Ellis water to me which she discovered on the internet. John Ellis Water Customer Happy With John Ellis Water LWM-5 Machine

John Ellis is a genius inventor, but not so much in the way of customer service after the machine is purchased from them because of how busy they are. GetJohnEllisWater.com offers a 1-year John Ellis Water Machine Technical Consulting Services, and I must say it’s absolutely worth it. I read more than one account on the CureZone website years ago from people who purchased a machine that didn't work as expected right out of the box. CureZone mentioned there were minor hiccups with customer service, and that the John Ellis company also expected people to be able to tinker with the machine if they had any initial issues with it. Anyway, I purchased a machine from GetJohnEllisWater.com that arrived with a faulty heating module from the John Ellis company. The rubber seal around one of the heater module gaskets was not sealed correctly, and water would leak from the bottom of the heater module. GetJohnEllisWater.com swapped it out with a replacement heater module after I sent him the bad one, and they would deal with getting a replacement from the Ellis company directly, so I did not have to. This is exactly the reason I purchased a unit from them rather than directly from the Ellis company.

GetJohnEllisWater.com also passed along a tip to purchase an inexpensive reverse osmosis (RO) system to condition the water (e.g. remove minerals) going into the machine. This saves time because the Ellis machine will only need to be cleaned once a year instead of every month due to high total dissolved solids (TDS) in city municipal water. I live in an area with extremely hard water (above 400 ppm of TDS), and it's helpful hints like this that make the service contract practically essential.

I have been drinking between half a gallon to a full gallon of JE distilled water daily for the past three weeks and have noticed significant improvements in three main areas:

John Ellis Water Machine Customer is Extremely Happy With Purchase

I would like to tell you of my excellent experience with your representative Robert.  I ordered a John Ellis (LWM-5) Water Machine in the Fall of 2023.  I didn’t get time to use it for a few weeks because I needed to find a faucet adapter for my sink faucet, and Robert helped us get this resolved.

To my surprise, the electrical cord for the UV lights was not sent by the John Ellis Company Robert orders the machines from.  Instead, there was a note saying to contact the John Ellis Company after the first of the 2024 year to request for the missing item. This most likely happened because the UV light transformer power cords were on back order. Nonetheless, I will still shocked and disappointed after such a pricey purchase!  When I told Robert I was disappointed about the missing power cord, he said he would send me a cord, and he would contact the John Ellis Company after the first of the year for me.  As you would expect, I was thrilled with this resolution!

Robert is very easy to communicate with and texted me when to expect the John Ellis Water machine to arrive. He did the same thing when we sent me a replacement power cord too!  I am very pleased with him reaching out to me and responding via text, even while out of town with his family!  He always responded, if even to say I will get back to you this evening and then he would.  He is very reachable and reliable.  I am very appreciative for all of his help and guidance in getting my John Ellis Water Machine up and running.

I have been drinking John Ellis Water for years now and have had many positive experiences drinking the John Ellis water daily. One year during the holidays I was cooking and burned my arm on a kitchen oven by accident. I used the John Ellis water to treat the burn topically and the pain went away very quickly.
