International Customers Happy and 100% Satisfied With John Ellis and Water Ionizer Machines

We live in AU and purchased both a John Ellis Living water machine and a water ionizer machine through Robert at getjohnelliswater.com, as we couldn’t source a John Ellis machine directly in Australia. We were nervous about such a large financial outlay; however, we were satisfied with the company history, and Robert answered all our queries via email promptly, even out of local business hours due to the time difference. Robert was also available via phone/What's App, but email was easier for me due to my current commitments and lifestyle.

Despite having never shipped to AU before, Robert was happy to step through the process, took care of all the customs requirements and was with us every step of the way. The parcel containing the John Ellis machine arrived much quicker than anticipated and was very well packed and labeled. Robert sourced the water ionizer machine from an Australian supplier, assisted with my questions regarding the paperwork, and the machine was delivered within days.

Week in and week out you have consistently responded to my request, in a professional manner when my needs are rather selfish at best and yet, you do it week in and week out.
