What is Quercetin-Bromelain Complex?

Quercetin-Bromelain Complex is a triple source antioxidant and enzyme formula. It is a unique formulation of quercetin, buffered vitamin C, and bromelain. Quercetin is a bioflavonoid that has antioxidant activity to support vascular and immune cell function. Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered form of vitamin C, a key antioxidant, which synergistically supports the quercetin activity, and Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme purified from pineapple.

When taken regularly Quercetin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects which may help reduce inflammation, allergy symptoms, and blood pressure. It can aid exercise performance, may kill cancer cells, help control blood sugar, and help prevent heart disease. Vitamin C supports the immune system, adrenal function, collagen formation for healthy skin, and cardiovascular health. It is a potent antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and helping to recycle vitamin E and glutathione. The body does not make vitamin C, so it must be taken in through diet or supplementation. Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily between meals or as directed by your healthcare professional. One tablet contains 200mg of Vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate/ascorbic acid complex), 13mg of Magnesium (as magnesium ascorbate),
333mg of Quercetin and 50mg of Bromelain (2400 GDU/g), and there are 100 tablets per container.
